    Fitness-Based Therapy™ (FBT) is a structured, individualized approach that uses movement as a foundation for improving both mental and physical health.

    You're supported by a Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner who meets you where you are and guides you toward recovery, growth, and long-term wellness.

    Fitness-Based Therapy™ is a structured, guided process designed to support you at every stage — from understanding where you are now to building long-term independence. Your goals shape the program, and from there Strong Minds combines physical health strategies and mental health support into a clear path forward.

    The care team and Strong Minds meet in a safe, non-judgmental environment to understand needs, diagnoses, and reasons for referral.

    Plan

    A personalized care and treatment plan is developed with the multidisciplinary team.

    Implement

    The plan is put into action using movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic support aligned with SMART goals.

    Progress Assessment

    Progress is reviewed regularly to evaluate improvements and refine the plan as needed.

    Independent Continuation

    Clients prepare to continue independently with a maintenance plan and ongoing support as needed.
