What is In-Home Personal and Group Training?


Do you struggle to get or stay motivated to work out? Our in-home personal and group training sessions are ideal for the individual or group of friends who could use that extra little bit of accountability and encouragement to continue on their path of physical health.


A dedicated Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner will work with you or your group on a personal basis to assess and provide you/your group with a personal fitness regime aimed at maximizing your well-being.


Whether you need someone to develop a program that helps you reach a particular goal or if you want to try something new, our experienced trainers will get you up and moving in a fun and supportive way.


Work out where you feel most comfortable. We’ll meet you at your home or even your neighbourhood park to give you the support where you need it most. We can even deliver sessions virtually!


Unlike a traditional personal trainer, we come to you and offer the flexibility to work with you to reach your mental and physical health goals. If you’re doing it solo or meeting up with friends for a fun time out, let us do the planning for you.

How ARE SESSIONS FACILITATED?


Personal and group training is available in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions. We’ll meet you at your home, outdoors, the park… wherever you want to meet and whenever you’re most comfortable.


We don’t have set days or times for personal and group training sessions. Let us know what day/time works best for you, and we’ll work around your schedule.
