Strong Minds Wellness Workshops are interactive programs designed to engage, educate, and motivate your team to incorporate wellness into their lives both in and out of the workplace.

What workshops can do for you
- A workshop may introduce a new idea, inspire participants to further explore it on their own, or may illustrate and promote actual process practice. It is a great way to teach hands-on skills as it gives learners an opportunity to try out new methods and fail in a safe environment.
- For many organizations, a key goal is to improve workers' health and thereby reduce health care costs. Other goals may include reducing absenteeism, boosting worker productivity and overall team morale, and increasing retention.
How it's organized
We offer wellness workshops that range from 45 min-2 days. Workshops are a great way to learn and share information as well as putting into your everyday life.
