Amanda Lambert is the CEO and Founder of Strong Minds. In addition to being a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner and having her Bachelors of Education, she also has lived experience recovering from a diagnosed eating disorder. She works with clients using various therapeutic modalities such as IFS (Internal Family Systems) principles, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) skills, and FBT (Fitness Based Therapy) skills to identify triggers and develop coping mechanisms, as well as to establish healthy habits and self-care practices/
